Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to clothing and toy boxes are securely sealed.

Print & Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off & Refund

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
